Kids Advertising & Safety Policy

Twepple Technologies LLP is committed to providing a safe and child-appropriate experience in apps that participate in the Apple App Store Kids Category. This page publicly documents our advertising practices and safety measures for children’s apps in accordance with:

• Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.3
• COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
• GDPR-K (EU Children’s Data Protection rules)

1. Human Review of All Ad Creatives

All third-party advertisements displayed in our Kids Category apps undergo manual human review by our internal moderation team before being approved for use. We review each ad creative to ensure it is:

• Age-appropriate for children
• Free of violence, fear-inducing content, and inappropriate themes
• Free of gambling, dating, political, and social network promotions
• Compliant with Apple’s safety standards for Kids apps

No advertisement is allowed in our apps unless it passes human review.

2. Contextual, Non-Personalized Ads Only

Our apps do not show personalized or behavioral ads. Advertisements displayed are strictly contextual and are not based on user profiles, interests, or device tracking.

We do NOT allow:

• Personalized advertising
• Interest-based targeting
• Cross-app tracking
• Remarketing or audience-based targeting

3. Ad Network Compliance (Google AdMob)

Our apps use Google AdMob in Child-Directed Treatment mode and Under Age of Consent mode. These settings ensure:

• No IDFA usage for advertising purposes
• No personalized ads
• No tracking identifiers are collected
• Only contextual ads are delivered

Twepple Technologies LLP does not share any personal information with Google or other third parties for advertising purposes. All ad requests are configured to be fully COPPA compliant.

4. Age-Appropriate Advertising Categories

The only advertisement categories permitted in our Kids Category apps include:

• Educational apps and games for children
• Child-safe puzzle, creative or drawing apps
• Family-friendly entertainment

The following categories are strictly prohibited:

• Violence, weapons, or fear-based content
• Casino, gambling, betting, or simulated gambling
• Dating or relationship services
• Political or social-issue content
• Unsafe or adult-targeted products
• Apps that require sign-in, chat, or social networking

5. No Personal Information Collection

Our Kids Category apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from children, such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Location
• Device identifiers
• Photos, voice recordings, or any other sensitive data

Any analytics used in our apps is fully anonymized and does not identify individual users or their devices.
